Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for Spin Control to process and ship your order.
Holiday / Special Releases / Sales:
During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping & Tracking
USA, EU, UK, Switzerland, and Canada
Shipping charges are based on the package’s weight and size and are calculated at checkout.
The shipping provider and service you select at checkout determine delivery speed, service level, and shipping insurance. For more information, please refer to the carrier’s website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are subject to reshipment fees as outlined below.
Tracking Your Order
We understand how important your order is, which is why we provide tracking options. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or roommates
- Verify with property managers or apartment offices
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Spin Control is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
VAT & Import Taxes (UK & Switzerland)
Spin Control does not collect VAT or import taxes for customers located in the UK or Switzerland. These charges are collected by the shipping carrier before or upon delivery, as required by your country.
International Shipping
For customers outside the USA, EU, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, Spin Control offers the following shipping options:
Standard International Shipping
- Shipped via UPS Worldwide Economy (DDU) at a flat rate
- Orders are processed as they are received; international shipments ship once per week
- Orders placed after the weekly international shipping cutoff may ship the following week
- Estimated delivery: 2 weeks to 1.5 months
- These shipments are not insured
If lost in transit, they are not eligible for refunds or replacements
UPS International Shipping
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Estimated delivery: approximately 1 week from shipping date
- These shipments are insured; however, insurance claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval timelines
- If your order does not arrive, please contact us for assistance
Customs & Duties
All international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, VAT, and taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse to pay customs or import charges and the package is returned, Spin Control will not issue a refund or reship the order.
Address Errors & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Spin Control due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for a $7.00 reshipment fee to have the order sent again.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers
- Spin Control is not responsible for delays caused by address errors
- Reshipment will occur only after the returned package is received and the reshipment fee has been paid
- If a customer chooses not to reship the order, original shipping costs are non-refundable
