Shipping & Return Policy

Returns Overview

The following policies outline Spin Control’s return guidelines by region. All returns are subject to eligibility requirements, inspection upon receipt, and approval prior to refund processing. Policies vary by location, and the terms outlined in each regional section apply specifically to orders shipped to that region.

Spin Control does not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your product according to the guidelines below and place a new order.

By placing an order with Spin Control, you agree to the policies applicable to your shipping destination at the time of purchase.

USA Returns

We are happy to offer refunds on full-price items returned in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Unused, unwashed, and free of odors
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • No signs of wear, activity use, or damage
  • Shipped back within 14 days of receiving return approval or a return label

Due to the nature of performance gear, items showing signs of use during spinning, sliding, dancing, training, or other physical activity are not eligible for return.

All returns are subject to inspection once received at our facility. Returns that do not meet policy conditions may be denied or issued a partial refund at our discretion.

Fees & Shipping

  • A $7.00 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund
  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If your original order qualified for free shipping, returning items may affect that status. If the remaining order value falls below the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping rate plus the $7.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Fee Refund (USA Only)

Spin Control does not offer exchanges. However, if you purchase a replacement item after submitting a return, we will refund your return shipping fee under the following conditions:

  • A new order must be placed within 14 days of submitting the return request
  • The returned item must pass inspection and qualify for a full refund
  • The new purchase must be the same product as the returned item, purchased in a different size or color

If these conditions are met, the $7.00 return fee will be refunded to the payment method used for the new order.

Only one return shipping fee refund may be issued per original order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Limited collaborations
  • Promotional or giveaway items

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Locate the order that contains the item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Click “Request Return.”
  4. Select the item(s) you wish to return, then submit your request.

Once submitted, your return request will be reviewed by our customer service team. You can expect a response within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Please note: Requests submitted on Friday evening or over the weekend will be reviewed the following week.

EU Returns

Spin Control does not offer exchanges for EU orders.

If you need a different size or item, please return the product and place a new order.

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Insurance for the shipment
  • Ensuring the package arrives safely
  • Providing the return tracking number to Spin Control once the item has been shipped

Once your return has been shipped, please email support@spincontrol.co with the tracking number so our team can monitor the return shipment and process your refund promptly once it arrives.

Returns sent without tracking information may experience delays in refund processing.

Spin Control is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or seized international return shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international returns must be shipped with duties and taxes paid by the sender.

Returns shipped with unpaid duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be refused and returned to the sender.

Spin Control is not responsible for customs fees associated with returned packages.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • VAT
  • Taxes
  • Brokerage fees

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Limited collaborations
  • Promotional items

Return Abuse Protection

Spin Control monitors return activity to ensure fair use of our policies.

Spin Control reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate excessive or repeated return behavior.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeated purchases and returns of similar items
  • Attempting to use products before returning them
  • Circumventing return fees through repeated repurchases

If a return request is denied due to excessive return activity, the customer will be notified by our support team.

Address Errors & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Spin Control due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for a reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost. If the order originally qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Please Note

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers.

Spin Control is not responsible for delays caused by address errors.

Reshipment will occur only after the returned package is received and the reshipment fee has been paid.

If a customer chooses not to reship the order, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
